Learn to Knit Socks! - Three Part Class
Handknit socks are a milestone in every knitter's journey, and with the multitude of choices, from beautiful yarn in every color to patterns with pretty cables and lace, it can be a little overwhelming to begin! Let's start simple together, as we start with the Basic Sock from Churchmouse Yarns or the Spree Sock from Junkyarn Designs, both of which are great patterns for building your foundation and giving you the skills you need to feel confident taking on more complex patterns in the future.
We will be using DK weight yarn (3: Light). We accept intermediate and advanced beginners in this class.
This class is in three parts to ensure that we are able to help you every step of the way, as we all knit at our own paces and we certainly wouldn't expect you to knit a sock in a single day! Please reach out if the timing conflicts with your schedule or if you might end up missing one or more of your three classes to see if we can accommodate you.
