Gain the courage to take scissors to your knitting and learn to steek! In this class you will bring two colorwork swatches and learn two difference techniques to secure and steek! Practicing on a smaller project like a swatch is a great first step to feeling confident enough to cut a whole sweater!
You should be comfortable knitting in the round and with two-color stranded knitting.
Supplies You Will Need:
Two completed swatches, knit in the round. Any weight or fiber is acceptable, although I might recommend you use a yarn that is less slippery (like silk blends or superwash merino) and choose something more rustic. Swatches should be at least 4? by 4? (bigger is just fine!)
Yarn of a similar weight to your swatch yarn in a couple of contrasting colors (at least 50yds)
